Hotmelt Induction
Process-reliable adhesion to metallic componentsWith the induction option, it is possible for the first time to achieve adhesion to metallic components in one stable process step.
A corresponding control unit and an inductor individually manufactured for the respective project are used here.
The moulding tool is optimally matched to this with a specially developed modular design.
This combination enables targeted heating of the components directly in the mold and thus the formation of adhesion bridges in the moulding process without time-consuming pre- or post-processing.
The induction option can be integrated into FLEXline and CUSTOMline machines and is individually designed for the respective project.

With our OptiMel Studio, we added a digital space to our facilities in 2020.
We are thus just as well positioned for virtual trade fairs and lecture events as we are for individual online seminars and training courses.
In addition, individual consultation appointments can also be organised. For example, you can get to know our machine system in detail, book operator and maintenance training courses or take part in a tool sampling - and all this conveniently from the comfort of your own workplace.
